What is this?

I am currently looking for some opportunities in the food tech sector, one of the things I am interested in doing is consulting. This serves as a portfolio of past projects.

My motivation in creating this site is to be able to showcase the things I do, in a way you can interact with and explore to decide if we are a good fit to work together.

Primarily what I am interested in is repairing a broken food system through revolutionary innovation. I am interested in automation, alternative proteins, and anything that can mitigate the climate crisis up to an including the end of factory farming, hourly labour, and exploitative agriculture.

I am also a professor of food technology, but thats a different section.
