Culinary Engineering

Created a new mutlidiscipinary methodology for innovation.

Focusing on combining food science, food design, chemistry, software and hardware engineering, with practical chef skills and food production.

The result was a system that enable rapid product development of dishes and brands, as well as a robust R&D team that handled everything from cooking algorithms and oven functionality to package development.

Quality Control For Production Kitchens

Operating many production facilities around the world necessitates a way to check food quality without physically being present:

the invention is a Quality control mechanism that allows a production kitchen to produce a batch of food, predict its quality, and then check individual results.

A.I Quality Control

Quality control system based on machine learning, allowing autonomous systems to predict the acceptability of a food product without opening or manipulating it.

Cooking Algorithms

Cooking is artisanal work, and smart equipment can only do so much before the use of it becomes as complicated as learning to cook.

The result of this invention is a system that takes properties of a dish, the desired output of the dish, and dynamically creates a cooking method in a variety of technologies.
